(N) IFA W50, DL-30 Feuerwehr
OverviewThis 1:160 N Scale model portrays the IFA W50 DL‑30 aerial ladder fire truck, based on the W50 medium-duty chassis used extensively in East German firefighting services. The DL‑30 ladder unit was developed at VEB Feuerlöschgerätewerk Luckenwalde from 1987 to 1989, with about 20 built and deployed in cities such as Dresden. The hydraulically operated telescopic ladder could reach heights of around 30 meters, featured a rescue basket, and supported technical rescue and extinguishing operations. A hallmark of late‑Cold War GDR emergency vehicles, the DL‑30 is ideal for historical N Gauge layouts and firefighting dioramas. Worldwide shipping available. This item includes pre-cut windows.
